cut into 2-3 inch pieces

Self Rising Flour
season with a pinch of pepper

Franks RedHot hot sauce
you can use any other red pepper sauce

Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
for seasoning chicken
Enough Oil for your fryer or pot

Instructions
Heat the oil either in a deep pot or in a fryer to 350°
Take the chicken breast and cut into pieces about 2-3 " cubes
In a bowl beat the eggs and add the hot sauce
in another bowl put in the self rising flour and add a pinch of pepper
take the cut up chicken pieces and season with Nature's Seasons
Dip the seasoned chicken in the egg mixture then in the flour put in fryer for approx. 6 minutes
Remove tenders from fryer and place on a plate lined with paper towels to cool.
