Unicorn Valentine Box
Supplies
Shoe Box
Cardboard or poster board
Construction paper or in color you want to use
Some curling ribbon
Glue
Instructions
Get a bigger shoe box. Wrap it with construction in the colors you chose for your unicorn. For my daughters box we went with purple, turquoise, and pink.
Once you have wrapped the shoe box cut a hold in the middle of the box for the Valentine’s to be put in.
You will want another small square box for the head wrap that in paper. Wrap the end of the small box in white paper for the nose.
Get some cardboard or posterboard or you can also use toilet paper rolls and make the legs.
To make the horn I took a piece of cardstock and rolled it up like a horn. Stapled it together and painted it.
Once you have all these things constructed you will need to glue everything together. I used a glue gun. You can use whatever glue will hold it together. Once done then you can add the eyes, ears, nostrils. For the Mane and tail I used curly wrapping ribbon.
For the eye lashes you can just fold a piece of construction paper then glue it behind the round white eye ball.
I will include the cut outs for the eyes, ears and nostrils. I used googley eyes on after the round eye but you can also draw it on with a marker.
