This is the best fried chicken—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My family and friends all love this recipe. In fact, I haven’t met anyone who has tried it while I was cooking who didn’t love it

Equipment

  • 1 fryer or deep pot

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast cut into 2-3 inch pieces
  • 2 Cups Self Rising Flour season with a pinch of pepper
  • 1 Cup Franks RedHot hot sauce you can use any other red pepper sauce
  • 3 Eggs
  • Morton Nature’s Seasons Seasoning Blend for seasoning chicken
  • Enough Oil for your fryer or pot

Instructions

  • Heat the oil either in a deep pot or in a fryer to 350°
  • Take the chicken breast and cut into pieces about 2-3 ” cubes

  • In a bowl beat the eggs and add the hot sauce
    cut up the chicken to fry
  • in another bowl put in the self rising flour and add a pinch of pepper
  • take the cut up chicken pieces and season with Nature’s Seasons
  • Dip the seasoned chicken in the egg mixture then in the flour put in fryer for approx. 6 minutes

  • Remove tenders from fryer and place on a plate lined with paper towels to cool.
