  • Flip the ribs over so the back (bone side) is facing up.You’ll see the membrane, a thin, translucent layer. Peel this layer off. You can use a butter knife to start it peeling.
  • Sprinkle the rib rub all over the back and front of the ribs and rub it in.
Let the ribs sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling

  • If you have multiple burners on your gas grill we are only going to be turning one of them on. Go ahead and get the burner turned on and shut the grill you want the temperature to be around 250-300. When you achieve this temperature.
Get the ribs **I got a cup of water and set it on the grill to add moisture to the ribs**
  • You want to put the ribs farthest away from the burner. I put mine on the second rack of the grill opposite side of the burner. Shut the lid and set a timer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  • When you have reached the 1 hour 30 minutes mark. You will want to take the ribs and wrap them in foil and put them back on the grill for another 1 and 30 minutes.
  • When your time is up I made sure my ribs were at the correct temperature 190°-205° Then I pulled them off and let them rest in the foil for 30 minutes
