Hi everyone,
With fall and school starting, life can get hectic. After a long day of work, the last thing you want to do is figure out what’s for dinner—but isn’t that always the first question from everyone in the house? Sometimes, you just wish dinner would magically appear!
To save money (and avoid ordering out), I want to share one of my super easy go-to recipes that’s always a hit with the entire family. The best part? You can make it ahead of time and freeze it for later.
I made this for dinner last night, and it came together in no time. I even whipped up a no-cook, super quick pizza sauce to go with it. Of course, you can always use a jarred sauce if you prefer, but this homemade no-cook pizza sauce makes the pizza bread sooo good—it’s one of my all-time favorites!
Pizza Bread
Equipment
- 1 Rolling Pin
 - 1 baking sheet
 - 1 non stick cooking spray

Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough (I used Rhoded) thawed
 - 2 eggs need to be separated
 - 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 8 oz sliced pepperoni
 - optional: pizza toppings mushrooms, sausage, ham, pineapple etc

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
 - on a greased countertop or directly on the cookie sheet sprayed with non stick cooking oil.
 - Roll out the bread loaf to approximately a 10×13 rectangle. If you rolled it out on the cookie sheet, you’re good. If you rolled it on the counter, put it on a greased cookie sheet
 - In a bowl, combine egg yolks and parmesan cheese, oil, and Italian seasoning
 - brush this mixture on the dough until it’s all evenly distributed over the dough.
 - Sprinkle the cheese over the dough (set aside about a tablespoon of the cheese) and add your pepperoni and other toppings
 - When you have added all the toppings, roll up the dough from the long side. Roll until it’s rolled up and the seam is on the bottom of the cookie sheet
 - Brush the top of the dough with the egg whites you separated. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the dough and kind of press it in
 - Put your dough into the oven and cook it for 25-30 minutes
